The community is invited to assist with a beautification event in the Clairemont neighborhood, right in the heart of San Diego!
Join us for a special volunteer opportunity at the Clairemont Pool and South Clairemont Recreation Center on Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon.
Volunteers will assist with:
- Greenery clean-up (cutting branches, weeding, raking leaves, etc.)
- Painting picnic tables and benches
- Staining wood shade structures in the pool area
- Restriping the playground
- Other tasks as needed
The volunteer assistance supports the City of San Diego Parks and Recreation Department, the South Clairemont Recreation Council, and the Clairemont Pool Booster Club. Thank you to St. Mark’s United Methodist Church for hosting parking for volunteers.
